AuthPublic HTTPS endpoint using streamable HTTP or SSE, with optional authorization headers (commonly a bearer token). No OAuth client-ID field is exposed.
NotesAttach method per Cursor staff (Colin): there is no settings form for custom connectors; tell the Bot in chat, for example 'Add this MCP server: https://your-app.example.com/mcp', it confirms and sets it up, and new tools appear from the next message. Staff (Kevin Neilson) separately confirm Grok Bot does not attach MCP servers running on the user's own machine, whether stdio or listening on localhost, because the Bot works from a persistent cloud computer. A third-party guide (posterly) instead describes an AddMcpServer form under Settings > Plugins that takes name, URL and optional headers; the two accounts conflict.
