Grok Bot sets itself up badly when you describe what you want and well when you describe how you work. This is the questionnaire that produces the second thing: a briefing document you paste into your first Bot at install, containing your context, your boundaries, and the order to build in. The order matters more than the content, and it is the part almost nobody gets right on their own.
What this is actually doing
Most of the questions are not asking your opinion. They are collecting evidence about frequency, verifiability and reversibility, because those three things determine what a Bot can safely be given first, regardless of what you most want it to do. At the end you will see where your stated priorities and the evidence disagree, which is usually the most useful page.
